Dental Compliance

Compliance Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assuring provider compliance in activities conducted by participating dentists or members. These activities include conducting on-site fee verification audits and/or desk audits as indicated; analyzing post-treatment claim data to determine post aberrant reporting; reviewing treatment records, patient financial histories, claim histories and conducting interviews of participating dentists and/or dental staff. This position also supports the Manager of Compliance Audit and Investigation on compliance-related activities including, but not limited to, document collection, radiograph duplication, developing reports and conducting staff education.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current license as RDH or RDA by a State Board of Dentistry required
• 2-4 years of dental clinical and/or coding experience are required
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications desirable, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with CLEAR or dental claims processing systems and other insurance industry experience desirable

Gilbert Service Center

Customer Service Representative (Gilbert, MN)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Individual will respond to telephone inquiries from providers, subscribers and group administrators accessing the CRM and Oracle systems regarding dental claims.  Will research customer inquiries when necessary, coordinate and communicate with other departments to resolve inquiries, and provide value-added service to all customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate with at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
• Previous experience with claims processing helpful
• Computer experience working in Windows environment
• Ability to handle a high call volume
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Well-developed listening skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Gilbert Service Center

Customer Service Training Coordinator (Gilbert, MN)
POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure that new and experienced Customer Service Representatives receive thorough, high-quality, ongoing training on all aspects of their jobs and maintain balanced phone coverage throughout the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate; with 2 years prior experience in an educational or training setting
• Knowledge of health and/or dental insurance products is preferred
• Strong writing skills; the ability to plan, organize, and present educational and motivational training materials to Customer Service Representatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience working with customer service-related procedures
• Ability to work well with a wide variety of people in what is sometimes a stressful situation
• Good problem solving and time management skills; the ability to make logical decisions independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient with MS Office products
