Through its holding company, DeCare International, DeCare Dental provides management services to Minnesota's largest dental benefits provider.  The Minnesota organization, a non-profit health service plan corporation, administers prepaid dental service plans on a risk and self-insured basis for more than 8,400 groups representing 3.4 million employees and dependents across the United States.  In addition, it offers a range of dental plans to individuals as well.  The Minnesota entity is the largest administrator of dental benefits for the state's employees and its public health program.

The Minnesota organization has an 'A' (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best—among the highest ratings of any dental plan in the country.
